    Lori Sandler

I am so grateful to have found yoga in 2004, just after my 2nd son, Justin, was born. Not only was I able to bounce back from pregnancy much faster than with my 1st son, Sammy, but I was also able to reach a level of overall fitness that I had never previously achieved. Yoga has given me focus, clarity, and a body that I never thought I was capable of attaining. I am incredibly excited to be able to share yoga’s benefits with the new 423 Yoga community that we are building together. Namaste!

  • Jill Lynch

My approach to yoga is centered around functional mobility and exploring different muscle activations within poses. I do not so much ascribe to achieving a shape for the sake of a shape - I am more concerned with whether you are activating the muscles that would eventually bring you into the shape, whether or not your body was meant to express the traditional form itself. I want you to own the shapes you put your body in with strength, and breath, and grace. I seek to empower you, strengthen you, and develop in you a deep sense of gratitude and compassion for your body.

Expect lots of options for arm balances and inversions with an open sense of play and exploration. Students should have some knowledge of basic yoga poses this is the best class for yogi's wanted to grow an existing practice!

  • Erika Tran

I first discovered Yoga in 2011. During that time, I was working 8-10 hours in a medical and hospital setting and I was burnt out, suffering from depression and anxiety. Yoga, mindfulness meditation, and Reiki practice have been my biggest healing tools that helped me stay centered and balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. I fell in love with the concept of setting intentions for our practice and connecting with our breath and movement in Yoga. I completed my 200 RYT Fall 2022 and began teaching right away. I love creating yoga sequences and sharing my craft with my students. My goal is to create a mindfulness practice and environment , emphasize the importance of breath and movement, and make yoga practice accessible to all students. At the end of each yoga practice/class, I hope to leave my students feeling centered, energized and renewed.Description goes here
