About Us

423 Yoga, a boutique hot yoga studio on Pacific Coast Highway, was opened by two yogis, Amy and Lori, who wanted a yoga studio in Redondo Beach made for locals; with classic yoga as well as the variety that our community is asking for. We offer traditional yoga, but have also added Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates, Sound Baths, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation to the mix—all based on our members’ requests.

The studio was built with the health of our members in mind. Our walls feature limewash painting, enhancing indoor air quality with high pH levels. Our antimicrobial PEM flooring is odor-resistant and prevents puddles, offering stability during hot yoga sessions. The specially designed heating system includes UV lights to purify the air you breathe during your practice.
