  • I've been attending the Heated Mat Pilates classes at 423 Yoga, and I truly can't recommend them enough. It's the kind of class everyone should try at least once -- and ideally make a part of their weekly routine. The sessions are accessible to all levels, and you can easily tailor your setup and pace to fit your needs. I've taken classes with both Tara and Melody -- their styles are different, but equally great. They each bring their own energy, and both create a welcoming, motivating environment. The studio is clean, fully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Parking is also super convenient, which makes the whole experience even better. Overall, it's a great place to move, breathe, and reset.

  • Excellent yoga studio! This is probably the cleanest hot yoga studio you will ever see. I have tried all options from yin to sculpt and always left the studio feeling better than I arrived. Not mentioned the amazing and super friendly owners and staff!! Love this place
