Hot Power Yoga (Hot)

Up- Beat Music and strength based low impact HIIT, yoga class using light egg weights to build even muscle tone and strength.  Let’s burn some calories, feel our core and have some fun! You are welcome to bring your own heavier weights to class.

Yoga Sculpt (Hot)

Intensity- medium to high

Average Temperature 100-106

Build stamina and flexibility while increasing mental and physical balance. Based on the 26 postures of Bikram yoga.  With each time you take the class the sequence is the same so you will find your physical strength and flexibility increase over time and the repetition creates a positive steady mind.

Vinyasa Flow (Heated)

In our Vinyasa class we will focus on using our breath to flow from one asana (pose) to another. Some poses will be held, challenging our strength, others will move as we inhale and exhale, challenging our hearts and lungs. Modifications are always offered, making this a great class for yogis of all levels. Room Temp 85-95🎵

Not a heated class the room will be warm and cooling down from the heated classes before.

Restorative Yoga uses supported resting poses that are held for a few minutes one of the best ways to relax stiff and tight muscles this practice also create’s the conditions for us to cultivate the skill of conscious relaxation and meditation. We add in some gentle stretching to add to the relaxation. A delicious way release stress in the body and mind. All levels

Restore (unheated) room temperature is around 80 to 85 as room is cooling from previously heated class

Yin yoga works deep into our body with passive, longer-held poses (3- 5 minutes). Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets may be used. This practice is meditative and relaxing and beneficial to all practitioners. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of Yang yoga practices). Then, we'll transition into 20 minutes of soothing yin poses, targeting deep tissues and promoting inner calm. Yang Yin Yoga

This is not a heated class the room will be warm as it is cooling down from the heated classes before.

Heal your body from the inside out! This one hour class starts off with Yoga Nidra a body relaxing meditation with the healing sounds of various instruments, like crystal bowls and gongs, the sound instruments begin to induce a state of deep relaxation and mind entrainment. This is a great way to introduce yourself to the practice of meditation or to expand upon your existing practice!

Heated Mat Pilates is a form of Pilates that is practiced in a heated studio. The added heat helps to increase flexibility, improve circulation and release toxins from the body. The practice combines traditional Pilates moves with yoga-inspired stretches and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The heated environment allows for a deeper stretch and helps to improve overall body awareness and mindfulness. This class is will strengthen your pelvis, hips, core and overall body strength a great compliment to all yogi’s.
